Introduction
Pendell Consultancy was founded by Greg Cook in 2013 to provide the correct solutions for construction, infrastructure and procurement projects.
Pendell has more than 25 years experience, and we use our wealth of expertise in the construction industry to provide a significant client and contractual service.
At present, Pendell has lead development management responsibility for the pre- contract and post-contract delivery on several complex mixed use developments. Pendell also has substantial project experience in residential, commercial, retail, leisure and associated infrastructure schemes.
